He was born in Elazığ in 1962, and after completing primary school, secondary school and high school in Elazığ, he continued his education at Hacettepe University in Ankara, and in 1997 he completed his education at Ankara Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital as an Orthopedics and Traumatology specialist. He started working as a specialist at Dışkapı Training and Research Hospital and 6 months later he continued to work at Elazığ SSK Hospital (now known as Harput State Hospital). He continues to work in our hospital since its establishment.
